Composed entirely of new works, the exhibition will present itself as a discussion about the changing physical, economic and academic space within which today’s artistic activity takes place and how the non-profit market of emerging artists is becoming increasingly influenced by economic and commercial mechanisms, regardless of their proximity to or distance from the drama.

Through projection and minimal spatial intervention, Caves will explore ideas of audience, cyclical change/cyclical thinking, economization of the arts, digital technologies and their process of reconfiguring the way art is marketed, and the move within the arts from public care to private passion.
